Gill, who gained fame for his involvement in the GameStop stock surge, now owns 9,001,000 shares of Chewy’s Class A common stock, according to a Schedule 13G filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on June 24.
In his filing, Gill also took a moment to address any confusion, stating clearly that he is “not a cat.”
